Abra Suite/ Sage HRMS 2012 Secure Query
Abra Secure Query is a desktop query and reporting tool that enables you to quickly and easily generate or modify requests for specific information. For example, sometimes you just need answers in a hurry to prepare for a meeting or to help make projections. Abra Secure Query makes it easy to get the information you need.
Using Abra Secure Query you can select which fields to output, sort results in ascending or descending order, build record filters and group and summarize fields. When finished you can choose to output the query as a report, spreadsheet, text file or database table. You can also create and save a virtually unlimited number of queries and reuse these queries anytime you need the information.
The Abra Secure Query tool uses the security that is already setup for the end-user. If you have employees with access to your HRMS system but have limited data access the Query will only report on the fields or employees that the end user can access.
