Louisville, Kentucky April 22, 2015 – Oasis Solutions Group (oasis.solutions), an award winning business management software partner for Sage software, NetSuite ERP, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com, announced the addition of Dee Dee Crotty as Client Experience Manager. The Client Experience Manager is a new position created due to the customer demand for additional services provided by Oasis.
The Client Experience Manager will work directly with the Oasis Director of Client Services to assist with client requests as well as to be pro-active with customers to ensure their experience with Oasis is excellent. “I am very excited to welcome Dee Dee to the Oasis team. She brings a level of customer service knowledge that will allow us to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations”, said Annette Manias, president of Oasis Solutions Group.
Dee Dee began her career as a flight attendant with Delta, receiving intensive training on customer service. She has also held customer service roles in a number of other smaller companies.
