Predictable pricing for a full range of services, benefits, and features
- Quick and Easy Ticketing - Up to 4 business hour response time
- Unlimited Help Desk Support on "system as deployed" when submitted through Help Desk
- Prioritized Service Tickets (where possible, initial contact for clients' Help Desk tickets will be prioritized over non-members)
- Execution Services - outside of Help Desk Services (i.e. Training, Solution Design, Third Party assistance, Report or Saved Search creation, Form Modifications...)
- Prepaid Execution Services - 10% Bonus (minimum of 25 hours)
