To verify your FSOC rates and limits in Abra Suite go to Payroll / Rules / Systems Tax Tables and open the tax code FSOC. Verify that last record has the correct wage limit – Wages Not Over and Tax Percent. (Note below the current screen shot is the 2012 amounts). Also verify the wage limit on EMP1 which is the employer portion.
