This lighthearted, short read, is humorously written like a “who dun it” novel.  The premise is that Change has died and all those involved in the death of “Change” are called as witnesses in the trial.  They range from Culture, Sponsorship, Vision, Communication, Urgency, Performance, Plan, Incentive, Coach, Budget, and Commitment…each with their own unique view of who killed Change.
